Presentasjon

What is your mission? Which values do you stand for? What is important to you as owners?

Welcome to “Faglig Frokost”, where we meet for an hour on Teams at 08:00-09:00 to learn about the topic of the day before we are dividided into breakout rooms for discussion.

This morning we will start peeling off the layers on what the ownership role entails with all its complexity to make sure each family is prepared for the future. In these  uncertain times this is more important than ever, and topics will include individual ownership, family’s social responsibility, media, freedom of expression and democracy.

To introduce today’s topic, we have Annelie Karlsson, founding executive director of FBN Sweden. Annelie has worked internationally as a professor and advisor to owner families around the world, eg at IMD in Switzerland and Kellogg School of Management, USA. She is also a chairman of the board in two family businesses.

Participants are expected to be active and have microphone and camera available during the group discussions.
